Have your own livestock? Perfect! We’ll schedule your drop-off at the farm.

Need an animal? Amos works with trusted Amish farmers who raise beef, pork, lamb, and goat the right way—naturally, on pasture, without hormones. We’ll source exactly what you need.

2. Choose Your Cuts

First time? Sadie will walk you through everything—from roasts to ground meat ratios, steak thickness to sausage seasonings. She’s helped hundreds of families and knows exactly what works.

3. We Process with Care

Your animal receives individual attention. Proper aging time. Hand-cut precision. Custom smoking and curing if desired. Everything packaged, labeled, and frozen to perfection.

4. Pick Up Your Order

Your meat will be ready for pickup at the farm. You’ll receive a detailed breakdown of every cut, along with Sadie’s cooking tips and favorite recipes.
